At The Smiley Fund, we believe everyone deserves moments of joy — especially young adults, Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA), patients navigating the unimaginable challenges of cancer. Our mission is to provide meaningful escapes through donated adventures, travel, and life-affirming experiences. Whether it’s a dream trip, a concert, or a relaxing massage, we’re here to create space for smiles, hope, and the reminder that there’s still so much life to live.
Please note that recipients are selected through a lottery system, and once you apply, there's no need to reapply — your name stays in our system forever for future consideration.

WHO CAN REFER SOMEONE?
We rely on thoughtful referrals from compassionate individuals to help us connect with more young adults facing cancer — and to create unforgettable, joy-filled experiences through our mission.
Please note: If you are not an approved referral source (see below), the form you complete is not an official referral — it’s a request for more information.
To respect privacy, The Smiley Fund only contacts families or individuals referred by approved sources.
If you're not eligible to make a referral yourself, we encourage you to share our referral inquiry form with the young adult or their loved ones, or guide them to visit smileyfund.co.
To respect the privacy of those we serve, young adults who may be eligible to receive a "smile" can be referred by:
